Follow your own path and heart and dive into individual therapy. Whether we are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, transitions in work or love or parenting or life in general, I believe that prioritizing self compassion is the first step in creating the life we want. Individual work is often a core building block to family or parenting work. I value building deep, long term relationships with clients so they may have a space to work through various stages and growth opportunities in their lives. Often clients will ebb and flow in and out of therapy as it calls to them. I want your individual therapy to be a component of your self care and love that we nurture together over time. Individual work can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly. We can sprinkle in groups or retreats to create just what your heart needs. â€‹
