About the event
This is the year of the snake, a time that holds significant meaning in various cultures around the world, particularly within the framework of the Chinese zodiac. The year of the snake is often associated with wisdom, intuition, and the ability to navigate through complex situations with grace and cunning. As we look toward spring, it is a time of shedding. The shedding of the skin, the old ways, old grief. Moving out of what doesnt fit, towards a new us.
When we are ready to undergo growth or change, we might feel emotions like grief, fear and anger. Our therapy might feel stuck as we struggle to find movement.
